Vintage Notes

The 2007 Rose of Sangiovese carries the wonderful aromas of fresh strawberries. This is a dry “French” style Rose with great depth and character. It is fruity yet dry which allows it to be served with almost any summer food. Good acidity mingle with the soft fruit flavors of 100% Sangiovese.

Vineyards

2007 vintage year was another perfect ripening Washington state vintage. That meaning a warm summer followed by a cool but dry fall for longer ripening. The wines from 2007 are incredibly full with both great acidity and sugars at harvest.
