Vintage Notes

Slightly pine-scented nose with a smoky, toasted oak overlay.  Well balanced in the mouth with plum and cherry fruit.  Some minerals and a little apple pop up on the even, lengthy finish.  Enjoy this with a Syrah-based wine reduction sauce and beef medallions.
