Vintage Notes

Superb aromas of cream, ripe apple, pear and bubble gum.  Viscous, satisfying attack, dripping with cool lime, orange, ripe pineapple and citrus flavors.  Strikes a phenomenal balance between sweet fruit and juicy acidity.  Serve well chilled as a delicious aperitif or together with cheese plates and appetizers.  Would greatly enhance some Asian dishes as well.
