Vintage Notes

Enthralling aromatically revealing a host of plum, orange, black pepper and brown sugar scents ensconced in wood spices.  Beautiful cherry, cranberry and blueberry flavors greet  the palate on the attack.  Full acidity offers great structure and depth.  What a great ager this cab will be!  If you choose to drink this soon, select hearty meats and rich foods that can stand up to a fleshy, full-bodied cab.
