Vintage Notes

The 2004 White Riesling has good depth and acidity to carry it with food. It has overtones of peaches and tropical fruit. This wine is an off-dry style with the distinct acidity that we have here in Washington State.

Vineyards

The 2004 Vintage year was a non-typical very warm harvest. We began with a warm dry spring followed by an equally hot summer and a long dry fall. The White Riesling is 100% from the Caroway Vineyard in Finley, Washington. Caroway Vineyard is one of the oldest vineyards and produces some of the best White Riesling in Washington State.
